I installed your ventilation system on my Range 620 three years ago. It has been working out fantastic. Unless one installs a oxygen system, this is the next best thing to use and much less expensive. I've been fishing bass, muskie and walleye for the last 40 years and this product of yours has never failed me since installing it. When my wife and I go up north in the fall of the year with another couple friends of ours we fish only perch and walleye. I'll come in at the end of the day with all my fish alive and in excellent shape where as my friend will have half of his catch dead. This is the only time of year that I'll keep fish. I've never killed a muskie or bass even while fishing tournaments when I was in my 30', 40's and 50's.

Just thought I'd say thanks for the product.

I swear by them! I was losing fish last year and after replacing all my pumps and aerators still lost fish. Installed Oxygenator live-well system and STILL lost fish! As a last option I installed the VT2 vents and have not lost a fish since! Wish I had done that first!!

I share my experience with everyone who will listen! Your V-T2 vents saved me! My fish loss problem spanned over 2 seasons of despair, since I installed the vents I have not lost a single fish.

We installed the V-T2 Livewell Ventilation System a few weeks ago, right before a tournament on Kentucky Lake. The temps were close to 100 degrees each day of the tournament. Several boaters had to weigh in early in an effort to keep their fish alive. Not only did all my fish survive, they were still fiesty at the weigh in - even the ones that had been in the livewell for 8 hours! Just wanted to let you guys know that I am very impressed with the V-T2 Livewell Ventilation System!

I have started using V-T2 vents this year from New Pro Products. These vents are a must! The V-T2 is unbelievable in how much better my fish look and act in my live wells. No more dead fish and no more hot livewells that I have to ice down. If you fish tournament's you should definitely have these in your boats. The other benefit is that you no longer have to come home and open your livewell lids to air them out any more because they will get air through the vents so no more stinking livewells.

Thank you New Pro Products for the great product!

I have the V-T2 Livewell Ventilation System on my Phoenix 920. I have used the V-T2 vents since they first came out and have had them on 4 boats now. I would not have a boat without the V-T2 system. They are absolutely awesome! The Lake Guntersville heat can be brutal and there is not a need for ice ever again!!!! My livewell stays cool and does not have that odor or heat come out when you open the lid. I have completely quit using ice or additives (unless bleeding) and am your biggest fan, nothing else on the market works like this or is even close!! I hope you all can get involved with manufacturers and they become a common accessory. One reason everyone doesn't have one is because drilling holes in a boat makes people very nervous!!! I am not a constructive type guy, but I installed all of mine in 10-15 minutes each.

Thanks again for making a great, useful, and an affordable product that is a great addition to any livewell.

Thanks for your help and great service!

The V-T2 live well ventilation system has been been awesome for me. Fishing here on the west coast in the summer temps can get brutal. Fishing the US Open temps can get up to 120F degrees. I put this system to the test at Lake Mead last year and I am definitely impressed. While other angler's were getting dead fish penalties, I haven't had one fish die on me. I'd recommend every boat have this system. Not only does it help the fisheries but it helps protect your investment in fishing tournaments.

I just ordered my third set and these will be installed at the factory on my new BassCat Puma FTD. I have been showing the V-T2’s off at tournaments in the Pickwick/Bay Springs, Wilson Lake area, and they are starting to catch on. Work exactly as you advertise. Proud to have them on my boat.

Living in the Midwest we have to deal with high water temperatures in the summer. During the summer for tournaments I used to make blocks of ice to help cool the water and carry oxygen. After installing the V-T2’s in my last boat I realized how much heat and gases there was as you could feel it come out of the vents. By installing the V-T2’s and running the recirculation pump on the livewell it causes the water to cool down and the gases to escape creating healthier fish at the weigh-ins. I will also be installing them in my next boat. These big catfish take a lot of care in order to release them after a long tournament and the V-T2’s make it easier to do that. It takes a long time to grow a catfish to 50+ pounds, I believe we owe it to them to release in the healthiest shape possible so someone else can have the pleasure of catching a fish of a lifetime!

Toledo Bend Night Series

Living here on Toledo Bend it gets really hot and we catch our fish pretty deep which makes for keeping fish alive very difficult at times during a tournament. The V-T2 Livewell Ventilation System has allowed me to save money not having to buy multiple bags of ice before every tourney, gives me more time to fish instead of constantly checking on the fish in the livewell, and allows me to keep my fish alive during a tourney not resulting in penalties. Not having to worry about keeping your fish alive takes a lot of stress off during a tournament especially on those hot summer days. Not only does the V-T2 help you competitively it also allows us to put the fish back in the lake alive and keep our lakes stocked.
FLW Rayovac Central- Oklahoma

In Oklahoma, we frequently fish in air temperatures of 100 degrees F +. Before installing the V-T2 Livewell Ventilation System we would have a burst of hot air hit us when opening the livewell lids. The V-T2 system has alleviated this issue and definitely keeps the livewell cooler and the fish healthier. In the 3 years that I have used the V-T2 system, I have not lost a single fish. My fishing partner was so impressed with the V-T2 system that he purchased one for his boat, and when I got my new boat this spring the V-T2 Livewell Ventilation System was the first thing that I added to it.

The V-T2 Livewell System should be standard equipment on bass boats!

I'm in South Africa and I fitted the V-T2's to my Nitro. I haven't lost a fish since and my livewell management has never been easier.

I love this product!

We had catastrophic failure of our aerator on day 2 of ABA Military Team Bass Championship. The V-T2 kept us with 5 alive!! We only beat the pay cut line by .34lbs, so if we had lost even one fish, the penalty would have taken us out of the $$.

Thanks New Pro Products!

The V-T2 has been an absolute life saver when keeping fish alive. I believe this product excels in hotter climates.

While I was living in south Texas I had several tournaments where I carried coolers of ice or frozen water bottles to help with keeping fish alive. Once I overcame my fear of cutting a hole in my livewell lids and installed the V-T2's this was no longer necessary. My livewell remained cooler and the fish had no problem remaining healthy.

Loosing a tournament because of a dead fish is a fear I no longer have. This is something that I think every tournament angler and conservationist should have.

The V-T2 is the standard in fish care!

I got to use the V-T2 Livewell Ventilation System on my boat at the event on Lake Chickamauga and I was very impressed in the performance of the product. I had a very good tournament and the V-T2's kept my fish alive and healthy during a very long and hot two days of competition. I was making about a 40 mile run both days to the area where I was fishing and the V-T2 vents gave me the confidence to keep running with out having to stop and nurse my fish. The ability to keep my fish healthy on those long runs gave me the ability to maximize my fishing time. This paid off greatly both days when I had time to catch a last minute kicker the first day and a last minute keeper the second day.

In this day and time the competition in these events is top notch and to have a product that not only takes care of our precious resources, aka the fish, buts also gives an angler an edge on other anglers is a true benefit.

My experience was on the weekend of June 22n and 23rd 2013. The weekend was a hot 90 F degrees +. We ran a tournament for 9 hours the first day and 8 hours the second day. The water temperature of Kentucky Lake was 85 degrees and warming. As we had most of our keepers in the livewell most of the day because of the morning bite. We relied on our live well for top performance. We were hoping for the best. As we weighed in at the end of a long day I watched dead fish after dead fish come out of the livewells of other fishermen. There was also another tournament going on at the same time and at the release spot guys were trying to revive their fish to let them go. I don't want to go into how many were floating.

Long story short is we came in on each day with perfectly healthy and live fish. Not only were they alive, but they were fighting me as I was trying to bag them. 5 fish in and 5 fish out, alive and healthy.

This product works, Big thumbs up to the V-T2!

We fish tournaments for large Blue Catfish. The limit to bring in for these tournaments is 5 catfish. You can only have a livewell in your boat big enough that you can fish around and run without it slowing you down too much. So, you have to have accessories installed to help keep the water cooled and oxygen flowing in and the harmful gases flowing out. When you have 5 large catfish in a 100 gallon livewell they suck up the oxygen pretty quick and thus expel lots of gases, especially in hot weather. I added the V-T2 to my live well last year and have seen marked improvements in the liveliness of my fish at weigh-in. Whether I am boating back to the weigh-in or trailering back, my V-T2's keep air flowing and the gases flowing out.

Every tournament cat fisherman needs the V-T2 on their livewell.

V-T2 Livewell Ventilation System

Harvest, Alabama

I have been a tournament fisherman for the past 16 years and I can honestly say the V-T2 Livewell Ventilation System is one of the greatest innovations to come along in the past 10 years. Anyone who fishes tournaments knows the importance of keeping the fish alive and healthy, not just for weigh-in, but for the release as well. Fishing in the Alabama summer heat can be brutal, especially on the fish. With water temps reaching the high 80's and lower 90's, finding ways to keep the fish alive and healthy is of the utmost importance. Over the years I've used ice and livewell additives to assist with this until one day I was looking on BBC (BassBoatCentral.com) and saw an advertisement for the V-T2 Livewell Ventilation System. I read all the testimonials, looked at the product at least 10 different times and thought, "What?? something as simple as that helps keep fish alive and healthy in a hot live well all day?!" I'll admit I was very skeptical. Why hadn't someone thought of this a long time ago??? Well, after reading several posts on the BBC forums I decided I'd order them. What could it hurt?

WOW!! UNBELIEVABLE is all I can say about them!

I had lost fish before, even when using ice and additives. I installed my V-T2's the first week of July 2013 and have fished several tournaments since. Water temps have in been in the high 80's and I haven't used the first bag of ice or additives. The only thing I've done is run my aerators and recirculation pumps and let me tell you.... my fish have NEVER been so alive at the end of the tournament day. Whatever skepticism I had before definitely went away after my first tournament. I would highly recommend this product and will tell all of my fellow anglers about the V-T2.

I know one thing, I will never own another boat with out them!

Here are the 2 biggest a 5lb 9oz and a 4lb 5oz! We caught about 40 fish that day with most being over 3lbs each. We kept the biggest in the livewells all day, so we could see what our best five would weigh. We ended up with just over 22lbs. Not bad for a day of fun fishing!

The V-T2 kept the live wells cool and the fish fresh despite the 90+ degrees temperature. The biggest fish was caught at 7:20am and and released at 4:15pm. I was surprised to see it didn't lose it's color; which is very common for Great Lakes smallmouth that spend extended periods of time in live well. The fish swam away immediately when released.

I will never own a boat without your V-T2 on my live well lids. THAT IS A GUARANTEE!

I'M A FAN! Just installed the V-T2 on my boat after having some fish die on me and cost me a check. With all the money I have spent over the years on livewell improvements, this one really works! Had the boat out all day and the wells stayed 3 to 4 degrees below lake temperature, and 5 to 10 degrees below air temperature, with no foam or bad smell, and my fish were in great shape even after 8 hours in the livewell. Cheap fix (about $45) to an expensive problem. It only took about a half hour to install and you don't need any battery power to run.

I should have gotten the V-T2 a long time ago.

My partner and I had an annual team tournament at Kentucky Lake last year and prior June. Each day we kept my livewell cooled down with ice and water circulated all day long and no matter how hard we tried we still had a lot of good fish expire on us by noon. Talk about a real disappointment. At the weigh-in we noticed we were not alone. After I returned home from the trip I was doing some research on how to improve livewell management. The V-T2 popped up on my Google search. I placed an order to give it a stab. After I installed the V-T2 on my boat, I field tested it from mid June to October on my home lake in North Carolina. The lake is a warm water discharge with the water peaking in the high 90's F. On several occasions I would put a five bass limit in the livewell to see if they would survive throughout the day from morning till evening. At the end of the day, when I released them they swam off like nothing happened. The water in the livewell had noticeably dropped ( I used no ice) in temperature and no bad bases when you open the lid.

I recommend every boat to have the V-T2 Livewell Ventilation System installed!

I have used the V-T2 for years and have not lost a fish to heat or lack of oxygen!!! This is the best product to come along since the invention of the aerated livewell. The V-T2 lowers the temperature of the water and increases the amount of dissolved oxygen. HA! Forget all that stuff!!
The best thing is that the V-T2 keeps your fish ALIVE long after the weigh-in is over. Ever wonder why there are so many dead fish the day after a tournament? We all know putting ice in the livewell keeps them alive to get to the weigh-in, but what about when you release them back into 90+ degree water. SHOCK!!

Stop killing the future of your fishing and give them a chance to breath fresh, cool and oxygenated water!

I am a retiree with 30 years of bass fishing competition which includes 4 clubs since retiring as a college biology professor in Vidalia, LA in 2004. I also run an area fishing forum, named LouMissBass with 70 members. Last summer I discovered the V-T2 livewell system and was offered as to field test for my 2006 Skeeter ZX. Being from a science background I was a serious skeptic, but after keeping bass caught in 90 to 95 degree waters last summer I can say that ANY boat can benefit fro the advantage of having the V-T2 installed on their livewell.

They are as good as advertised, if not better!

Any boat with a livewell NEEDS a to get the V-T2 by New Pro Products! I was not optimistic at first about the V-T2 working and drilling the holes in the my lids. But as an avid tournament angler/guide, I was willing to try anything after loosing a few crucial fish during a tournament the previous summer. Once the V-T2 was installed I received lower livewell temperatures than before, and I did not lose a single fish all season. The V-T2 was easily installed in about a half an hour max, in a Lund Pro-V 1900. The V-T2's are very durable and you don't need to have any worry about walking or stepping on them. The V-T2 is flush to the top of the lid, and come with all the fasteners needed.

I recommend New Pro Products V-T2 to everyone looking for that fish care advantage!

Dead fish in the livewell is a tournament hazard that haunts all anglers. Running your livewell pump continuously, using Rejuvenade or adding an Oxygenator will help, but they won't solve the problem of removing harmful gas build up, especially in high heat environments. I came across this product while researching options to improve my livewells. I installed the V-T2 myself within a couple of hours, using standard tools. This past weekend river tournament, my livewells stayed cool with zero foam build up or fish stress. It is hard to believe that something so simple can make such a difference.

The V-T2 works!

I first want to thank you for your awesome product! I have been using these since April 2009 and I have seen huge improvement in the health of my fish. I would also like to say that anglers don't know what they are missing if they don't have the V-T2 installed in their rig!

Thanks New Pro Products!

I have had the V-T2 installed in my boat for about a month, but the real test came this last weekend with the air temperatures soaring from 98 to 105 F degrees, and the water temperatures around 92 to 95 F. I filled my livewell up before blast off which was about 5:45 am, did not use any ice in the livewell all day. The recirculation pumps were running on the interval of 1 minute on and 5 minutes off. At 3:00pm we weighed in, several anglers had one or two dead fish or their whole limit was dead, but my fish were alive and kicking, very active not to mention the water in the livewell was much cooler than the lake water and cooler than the air itself.

I am very satisfied with the V-T2 Livewell Ventilation System and I recommend to any angler wanting to preserve his catch for future fishermen.

This spring (2008) I mounted the V-T2 in the livewell lids of my Skeeter boat. I decided to do this because I always had an on going problem with getting a LOT of foam and stinky water along with dead, belly up fish even though my live well was set at recirculation or constant aeration while on the water. At first, I was very hesitant about drilling holes in my livewell cover, but something had to be done. Drilling a 3 inch hole in your livewell lid is no big deal at all. Very easy and didn't even have a carpet issue. The fasteners are sent along with the V-T2 for mounting. Got them installed and was very happy how the job turned out. They look very nice! I was finally able to test the V-T2 out the last couple of weeks. Problem solved, fish were alive and in great shape. No foam and the wells did not stink from what must have been trapped gases and warmer water. Above all, NO DEAD BELLY UP FISH! Surely, would recommend this product to anyone that cares about their fish staying alive. Just a note, I am in no way a sponsor for this company. I found the name and product on Bass Boat Central this winter and had them shipped to me.
